Someone’s come up with a great idea for a Flickr group – a collaborative pool of photos of the various Chinatowns around the world: the Chinatown group.
“Many cities have an area known as Chinatown, often chockful of fascinating sights and visuals. Why not share some of those and help to create a pan-global reflection of all Chinatowns.”
(Again demonstrates the flexibility of an application like Flickr – give people some basic functionality and good ideas will emerge.) My first submissions to the group are a little oblique – but Chinatown just happened to be on TV when I got emailed about the group. ‘Real’ Chinatown to follow …
